This is a quick and easy apple cake recipe that works great if you need something fast and easy. Enjoy!
Caramel Apple Bundt Cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 T cinnamon
3 apples, peeled and chopped (I used honeycrisp)
1 can caramel topping
grease bundt pan. mix all but apples with a beater, mixing well. gently stir in apples. pour into greased bundt pan. bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. drizzle with caramel just before serving. mmmm…
Sounds delicious! I’ll be trying this recipe in the very near future.

2 questions: do you put the caramel in it as well or just over the top? And did you use the 3 or 6 oz box of pudding?
actually, the caramel just gets drizzled over each piece as you serve it. you could even leave it off if you don’t like caramel. and as for the pudding, i just looked in my cupboard and all my boxes say a little different. the chocolate instant i have right now is 3.4 oz. it’s the regular size smaller box. hopefully that helps 🙂
